The pregame belongs to the surface lots, where charcoal grills and real cooking stations run for hours before first pitch — arrive early and walk the lots before the grills shut down at game time. Inside, go straight for the elotes, corn off the cob with mayo, lime, cheese, and cayenne, as good a concession as you'll find in any ballpark. First-timers should position themselves somewhere with a clear sightline to center field and watch the scoreboard after every home run.
