Home of the Arizona Diamondbacks in Phoenix, AZ.
The retractable roof defines everything at Chase Field. Closed for most summer games, it traps the crowd noise in a way that catches first-timers off guard — the place gets genuinely loud, and the air stays cool even when it's 110 degrees on the asphalt outside. The park leans into leisure over tradition: that swimming pool suite in right-center field is visible from nearly every seat, and watching fans in swimsuits attempt to catch fly balls is a sight you won't find anywhere else. Architecturally it reads more industrial than intimate, but the entrance rotunda's Arizona landscape murals ground it in place. Get to the ballpark early and stop at Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers, built right into the structure and open before gates, so you can settle into the AC while the lot fills. Inside, order the Churro Dog and find Four Peaks on draft — both are worth the trip down the concourse.
Open Chase Field on Stadium Stars to track your visit, rate The Four (food, vibe, aesthetic, access), and plan a trip.
